What battery life does the Norphé M1 offer?

The Norphé M1 features a removable 8,000 mAh battery. Rechargeable via USB-C, it provides up to 6 hours of use at the medium heat setting.

Is the app required to customize the Norphé M1?

No, the app simply enhances the experience, but basic customization can be done directly using the built-in dial on the Norphé M1.

Can parts of the Norphé M1 be replaced?

Yes. Just like on a traditional hookah, the essential parts of the Norphé M1 are detachable and can be easily replaced to extend its lifespan.

Can the Norphé M1 be cleaned?

Yes. Thanks to its waterproof design (IP55), the parts of the Norphé M1 that come into contact with water or vapor, such as the column, can be safely rinsed under a gentle stream of water (after removing the battery and the pod). Other parts can simply be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. However, never submerge the device in water.
