9 - Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of a Product to withdraw from the contract without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of the return costs, which remain payable by the Buyer.

A Buyer wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must send NORPHE, using the contact details given in the article “Identification of NORPHE” and before the above period expires, the duly completed withdrawal form set out in Appendix 1 hereto, or a statement clearly expressing their decision to withdraw and including the order number shown on the corresponding invoice sent to them by email by NORPHE.

The Product concerned must be returned to NORPHE subject to all of the following conditions:

• In its original and complete packaging (including all accessories supplied with it);
• In new condition, never used and without any damage;
• For pods and other consumable Products: unsealed;
• Without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the Buyer has communicated their decision to withdraw. 

The returned Product must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice. The Buyer is deemed responsible for any damage to the Product during its return to NORPHE.

The Buyer will be refunded all sums paid for their order, less any return costs, which remain payable by the Buyer, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which NORPHE actually receives the withdrawal request. However, NORPHE reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has actually received the Products concerned.
